I wonder if I have a remain report as foreclorsce in 2009, I won’t buy a single family house or townhomes? Unless I have to make down 20%? Please email me for our communication because I am deaf mother of three children. I have already benefit welfare as social security disability insurance $3200 monthly and my husband has a job and also benefit welfare too. Please advise.
